1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ttb11 ("ttb11", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ttb11 website at ttb11.win and all associated services, products, and features (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the ttb11 platform — whether by browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any promotion, or using any feature of the platform — you unconditionally accept these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion terms, or other supplementary policies published on the ttb11 platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the ttb11 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. ttb11 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification is required for all accounts, and ttb11 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age (e.g., a copy of your MyKad or passport) at any time.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the ttb11 platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee of ttb11 or any of its affiliated companies, service providers, or game suppliers, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by ttb11 or any related platform.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from ttb11 for any reason.

ttb11 reserves the right to conduct identity and eligibility verification checks at any time. Accounts found to have been registered by ineligible persons will be suspended immediately, and any funds in such accounts will be subject to review and potential forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of ttb11 Services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the ttb11 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension.
• Accurate information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the duration of your account. This includes your legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ttb11 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. ttb11 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep login credentials secure.
• KYC verification. ttb11 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity documents (MyKad, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed or during periodic account reviews.
• Account ownership. Your ttb11 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account benefits to any third party.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ttb11 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms apply:

• Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank online banking, among others listed on the platform at the relevant time.
• Minimum deposit is RM30. Minimum withdrawal is RM50. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits made to your ttb11 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have previously been used for deposits into the same ttb11 account, subject to KYC verification. ttb11 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• ttb11 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own fees. Processing times vary by payment method and are estimates only.
• ttb11 reserves the right to reverse or withhold any transaction it reasonably suspects of being fraudulent, connected to money laundering, or in violation of these Terms.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the ttb11 platform. Specific game rules are published within each game or game category on the platform and supplement these general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ttb11 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers except where expressly provided for in the relevant game rules.
• ttb11 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds, on suspended markets, or resulting from a technical malfunction — and to refund the original stake.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino session or slot game, the outcome of any interrupted round will be determined in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules. ttb11 is not liable for the outcome of rounds interrupted by factors outside its reasonable control.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These are displayed on the relevant game interface and may be changed by ttb11 at any time with reasonable notice.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other external tool to gain an unfair advantage on the ttb11 platform is strictly prohibited.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ttb11 offers various bonuses and promotions to its members from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers:

• Each promotion has its own specific terms and conditions, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, time limits, and game restrictions. These are published alongside each offer on the ttb11 platform.
• Bonuses are generally credited to your ttb11 bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x).
• ttb11 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of abuse, ttb11 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and cancel any winnings derived from abusive bonus activity.
• Players may only claim each promotion once unless otherwise stated. Multiple accounts used to claim the same promotion will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated winnings.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ttb11 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one ttb11 account, including accounts in other persons' names
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions for financial gain without reporting them to ttb11
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, or disrupt the ttb11 platform or its infrastructure
• Using the ttb11 platform if you are subject to a self-exclusion order
• Allowing minors to access your ttb11 account

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ttb11 platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and page layouts — is the property of ttb11 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ttb11 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the ttb11 platform without prior written consent from ttb11.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• ttb11 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• ttb11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress.
• ttb11's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• ttb11 is not responsible for any losses resulting from force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, internet service disruptions, government actions, or third-party platform failures.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Account Suspension & Closure

ttb11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet eligibility requirements
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities

Where an account is suspended or closed for cause, any balance attributable to bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited activity may be forfeited. Remaining real-money balances will generally be returned to the player's verified payment method after review, subject to any applicable legal holds.

12. Amendments to These Terms

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the ttb11 platform's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding existence, validity, or termination — shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

In the first instance, players are encouraged to contact ttb11's customer support team to resolve any account or game-related dispute informally. ttb11 commits to responding to all complaints within five (5) business days. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the formal dispute resolution procedure outlined above shall apply.
